i would recommend that anyone planning on coming to tenerife for a holiday that avoids the mess and noise of the party down south should go and stay in santa cruz , but especially in this hotel. it couldnt have been in a better location right on one of the main shopping streets full of life and places to eat and drink. my experience in the hotel was nothing other than perfect , the room was huge and well air conditioned . the bed was so comfy and the staff were incredibly friendly

The hotel is very central. It was quite. The room is not very modern. The cleaning was very good. Everything functioned properly in the room. The shower in the bathroom did not leak. I would totally recommend it. The was bigger than I believed it will be. When I first read some of the reviews I was having doubts. I took 3 night and then extended with 1. Total 4 night.

Traditional accomodation with ideal central location. Despite being so central there was no noise disturbance during the night. Appreciated the table and chairs and the fridge was a bonus.

I had to do a booking for that same night, including a late check-in. Everything was very nice, specially the staff. I went there as a solo traveller for one night and they made me feel comfortable.

Great, central location, in the main shopping street, perfect for a short weekend stay. The staff is kind, especially the lady serving breakfast. The views from the terrace on top are beautiful, overlooking the city.
