The location is perfect! Close to lots of bars and restaurants and an easy walk to/from the tram. It was also close to Plaza de España and it seems I had unwittingly booked for the best time as there was a fiesta while I was there! Lots of lovely people out and about in traditional Canarian dress. There’s a lovely bar/restaurant overlooking a man made lake which enabled me to take some lovely photos.. I also took the tram up to La Laguna which is another delight. The hotel isn’t the Hilton when it comes to luxury etc - I’d say it is more ‘cheap and cheerful’ - but it was excellent value for money and was absolutely perfect for me! 🌟🌟🌟 Having a fridge in the room was a godsend.. ⭐️

The location was perfect - I had stayed here back in May so was familiar with it - it is very close to Plaza España and the port area. It’s on a busy street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants around it, so as a result it is quite noisy. This might put off some people but a pair of earplugs solved the issue at night! I just loved that it was so close to a tram stop and the buzz from the street and bars was awesome! I had my husband with me on this trip and he loved it too. For the price we paid, it was incredible value for money! Oh and the fridge in the room was perfect for keeping the beer/wine/water/chocolate cold! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very decent hotel experience for the price I paid for it. It's in the absolute centre of everything, super close to the intercambiador if you don't have a car, lots to see around the area. Not super close to a swimming spot on foot but you can get to some good spots within 10-20 minutes on public transport, if you want to go for a swim. There's a large market approximately 10 minutes walk, lots of shops, restaurants in the area etc. You're pretty much on the main shopping street with all the big brands. Channels on the television were good

Let's start with the best thing: the location is just perfect. Right in the centre, close to everything, great for walks, many shopping and dining opportunities. Just great. The price is also way lower than anything similar in the area. Great value. WIFI is very fast and stable. The room was surprisingly clean and was cleaned daily. Sheets changed every few days. New towels every other day. Staff friendly. All in all a great bang for your buck

The hotel is more belong to the category of vintage ones, but it is well maintained and clean. Overall, it was cozy and comfortable to be there and sleep in. The only thing I could find fault with is the single-chamber windows, which let in sounds from the noisy street. But overall, it didn't bother me, even despite my very sensitive sleep.
